The customer and experience are at the focus of our effort. We believe that it is our job to exceed customer expectation.
During a survey we did people mentioned that we had great service and interact on a personal level with them, especially over social media. The thing with social media is you don't have a lot of overview over a thousand DMs, particularly afer giveaways and campaigns the number of DMs is very high.
Since then we focused even more on service and we created the "Customer Love" section where people can interact with us via email too.
